1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping:
    If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us via email or phone. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • After Shipping:
    If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may initiate a return request once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Note: Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., printed or personalized T-shirts) cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.


2. Cancellation by Faslaindia

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:

  • Item is out of stock or discontinued
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment failure or fraud suspicion
  • Delivery address is not serviceable

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
